Phillip Martin was last seen September 30, 1993 in Stockton, California after driving his ex-wife to work in North Stockton. He was to return to her residence at 0700 hours the next morning but he never arrived.

Martin would pick his two young daughters up every morning from his ex-wife's house to drop them off at school. Suspicions were raised however when Martin didn't show up at the residence. This was out of character for Martin as he had followed this routine since the start of the school year a month prior to his untimely disappearance prompting family to contact law enforcement. To this day , the whereabouts of Phillip Martin are unknown and he has never been seen or heard from again.
